So Sorry , once order is placed we cannot accept cancellations , all ordered are processed immediately and confirmed for info needed and put into production

when will i get my items i ordered ?

Please know we have a 3-4 week lead time most of the year
( i understand this is long to most ) please understand we receive orders for over 250-500 pieces a day to be personalized , we have 4 commercial 16 head embroidery machines that run 16 hours a day . in order to keep our prices so low and affordable to every bride , this ship time is necessary . if you need you items sooner please message us before ordering to see if we can accommodate
